Whatever your goals, I will design a training program that is truly personal to your needs, schedule, and body.  My knowledge, guidance and support make all the difference.  Some of my clients are facing serious health issues, like diabetes or cancer.  Others are recovering from injury, and want to learn how to train safely so they can get back on the road or bike without re-injuring themselves.   I have the experience, skill, and tools to create safe, fun workouts that will meet you where you are and empower you to be your very best.

Meet me at SKYEFiT.

You're about to make a big commitment to yourself, and it's important to me that you feel completely confident and ready to work together.  The purpose of this  consultation is to answer your questions, learn about each other, and show you the space.  We'll talk about your goals and what it will take to get there.

Step 3

Decide for yourself.

By the end of our meeting you will have all the information you need to decide if you're ready to work with me as your personal trainer.  My wish is for you to feel excited and relieved. . . because you know you're taking the right step towards living a full, happy, healthy life!
